Why was immigration point set up ?

The site was set up to serve as a platform  to provide a centralised advice to members / staff of citizen advice bureau requiring further information / advise on immigration matters.

What is the registration process ?

- To register you simply need to complete the relevant field on the registration form

Why do we have to register ?

- Yes, either by sending us emails, phone , correspondence or by the client visiting our office , or the client can contact us directly.

Can clients be referred directly to Immigration Point ?

-Yes, either by sending us emails, phone , correspondence or by the client contacting our office directly by phone or email, face to face appointments are available to clients.

Can I contact you if I am a client and have not gone to the CAB

- Yes, since the 1st of August 2010 our services have been extended to all members of the public

How do we know that you are accredited / experienced immigration advisers?

- All our immigration specialist advisers are either members of the Law society or are OISC accredited , for more information you can visit  www.lawsociety.org.uk, www.sra.org.uk or www.oisc.homeoffice.gov.uk

How many CAB centre do you have currently have on your panel?

- Please see our page of registered CAB's , we have over 35 members and this continues to grow.

What if there an imminent key date such as a hearing date ?

-Part of the our unique services are hat we are able to respond to email enquiries within 24hrs and can taken new instructions within 72hrs.
